HeartCamp has ended

The schedule for HeartCamp is still in progress! But we're heartfully excited about the variety of topics and speakers from all walks of life. And remember, everyone who attends is a contributor to the dialogue.

Registration is required at Eventbrite to attend HeartCamp.  The deadline is January 25.

Please create a free account here at Sched.org; this will give you the ability to print your own custom program and to share as well as engage with other participants on social networks. There will be a limited number of printed programs at the registration table for reference only and all attendees will rely mainly on Sched's mobile apps for smartphones.

Rebecca Cofiño

Rebecca Cofiño is the founder mamaguru.com, a website devoted to helping people create meaningful happiness in their lives.  As the name implies, he is a mother to two young boys.  She writes about motherhood, spirituality, health, design and food. She writes many healthy, vegetarian  recipes and has a popular column called Making Groceries which shows you how to make processed food from scratch.

Rebecca has been a yoga instructor for fifteen years.  She studied under M.S. Viswanath in Bangalore, India where she received her certification.  She owned a successful yoga studio in Spokane, Washington and has also taught yoga in Malibu, New Orleans and Miami.

Rebecca has been interviewed about spirituality for the Huffington Post.  She was also interviewed for the upcoming Shane Close documentary, Meatless: the Movie.  Most recently, she read a piece from mamaguru.com which aired on NPR’s Morning Edition and All Things Considered.

Although it seems like a minute, Rebecca has lived in Miami for seven years.  Before that she lived in three countries and traveled across America three times.  Most days you can find Rebecca taking her sons around Miami for outings, concocting new recipes in her kitchen, writing while her boys nap, paying library fines in the afternoon, and practicing yoga at sunrise.
